Dear Pre-K Families,
We are so excited to welcome our students tomorrow for the first day of school! A few important reminders about arrival and dismissal:
Arrival Time: Students are free to be dropped off to their teachers at the front of the school between 8:00 am and 8:15 am. Students who are dropped off after 8:15 am will be marked tardy. Please use the bypass in our parking lot to exit the lot when buses are in the bus loop.
Dismissal Time: Students will be dismissed starting at 2:05 pm
Early Pick-Up: If you need to pick up your child earlier, please go through the front office. Be sure to call the office staff ahead of time so they are aware.
Bus Riders: We will dismiss bus students one bus at a time (3 buses total). Since it is the start of the year, buses may run a little late as drivers adjust to new routes. We appreciate your patience.
Parent Pick-Up: Families picking up children are asked to remain in your vehicles until all three buses have left the school. After the buses depart, parents may come to the front of the building to pick up their child.
For Safety & Organization:Students being picked up by parents will not be dismissed from the building until buses have left. Waiting in your car helps us keep dismissal safe and orderly. Thank you for leaving the front walkways clear during this time.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a wonderful first day of school tomorrow!
Sincerely,
J'Aime Walker
Pre-K Director
